You can book tickets for all our events by calling Oxboffice on 0845 680 1926. The lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm Saturday. There is an answerphone in operation at all other times.
You can also book online for all our events by clicking on the Oxboffice logo above. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
There are two types of tickets:
E-Tickets
E-tickets are simply us giving you a confirmation number (either over the phone or by email) which we will accept when you present it to our Front of House along with the card you used to book the tickets.
Paper Tickets
If you would like Paper Tickets mailed to you, there is a £1 postage charge.
Please note a limited number of tickets are available at the theatre on the day of a performance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
If you have bought e-tickets over the phone then you will be given a confirmation number verbally. If you give an email address too then the confirmation number will be emailed to you too.
If you have bought paper tickets and they haven't arrived then please contact Oxboffice. We will confirm your booking and if necessary dispatch a new set of tickets.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. To set up a PayPal account visit the PayPal website. We cannot process cheques, cash, postal orders or travellers cheques.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the ticket only in the event of the cancellation of an show.
